Kevin Brown
Mr. Brown is a native of the northwest. He has over twenty-five years experience in the sheet metal industry. He is a journeyman sheet metal worker and has a range of experience, including design, fabrication, estimating and construction management. Previous employers include McKinstry Mechanical, Pacific Rainier Roofing and Bayles Brothers Sheet Metal. He founded Northwest Sheet Metal, with his father, in 1988 and the business now generates over $3,000,000 in annual revenues. Kevin continues to have a strong working relationship with the sheet metal workers unions and a number of general contractors and architects.

Dean Chinnery
Mr. Chinnery relocated to the northwest 1990 from the midwest. He graduated from Rockhurst College, in Kansas City, Missiouri, in 1974, and spent the first fifteen years in general management and sales positions in the oil and gas industry. In 1995, he helped develop a commercial finance group that was jointly owned by Cummins Engine Company, and Case Equipment Company. After Case was acquired by Fiat, Cummins completed a joint venture with CitiGroup and Mr. Chinnery continued to oversee financing for the company on the west coast. He currently is the President of Nautica Financial Services, and a managing member of Nautica Financial Group. The “Nautica Companies” provide consulting services and financing for businesses. Mr. Chinnery is also the managing member of Flatwater Holdings, a company that invests in commercial real estate.
